Hotel
When is the last day to book a room under the group rate?
October 8th, 2024
ADA Accessibility?
The venue is ADA accessible.
If you require an ADA accessible room, please make sure to select that room during the booking process or call the hotel reservation desk at (888) 236-2427.
How do I book my hotel room?
Visit the Hotel tab to book online or call the hotel reservation desk at (888) 236-2427. Make sure you let them know your booking with the Vaile-Pellington Wedding to receive the group rate.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Valet Parking is $55 for overnight and $32 for the day.
Self-Park is available for $28 for 24 hours at the Bourse Garage at 4th and Ranstead Streets. This is right around the corner from the hotel.
There are also several other parking garages in the vicinity. You can find the best rates by using SpotHero, ParkWhiz, or other apps to find and book your parking in advance.
Are there other hotels available?
The Renaissance Downtown Philadelphia is the only hotel we have negotiated a group rate.
There are a multitude of other hotels within walking distance and even more within a 5-10 minute car ride.
Events
When will the ceremony start?
The ceremony is going to start right at 5:30pm. Doors will open at 5:00PM, so make sure to get there for a good seat.
Is there an open bar at the reception?
We know you have all met us before, so of course!
We do encourage all guests to tip the servers so they can keep the drinks flowing.
What is the After Party?
We will have a room next to the hotel bar reserved for the reception after party and will provide late night snacks.
This will be a cash bar at the hotel bar.
Do I need to travel anywhere?
All wedding day activities are onsite at the Renaissance Downtown Philadelphia.
Will you be considering dietary restrictions?
Yes! More specific information will be included in the event RSVP.

Of course. Just be kind in posting unflattering pictures. We'll remember....seriously :)
